Martin - Not sure what you mean by maxed out. The one thing that you need to know is the the Chlorinator has to be hooked up with the direction of flow in mind. After you connected one side of the hose to the discharge side of the pump, you will now want to connect the other side of the hose to the multiport or directional valve on the top or side of your filter.
